Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 April 2026

Section 01

Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Adchemy Ltd ("Adchemy", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform at adchemy.com.

When you first visit Adchemy, you will see a cookie consent banner. You can choose to accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or customise your preferences. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the platform to function — including keeping you signed in.

This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Section 02

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, improve performance, and provide information to website owners.

Adchemy also uses localStorage (a browser storage mechanism) to remember your cookie consent preferences. This is not a cookie but functions similarly — it stores a small piece of data in your browser.

Section 03

Types of Cookies We Use

Essential (always active)

Required for the platform to function. These include authentication cookies that keep you signed in, session management, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics (optional)

Help us understand how visitors use the platform so we can improve it. Currently not in use — we will update this policy if we add analytics tools.

Marketing (optional)

Used to deliver relevant advertisements. Currently not in use — we will update this policy if we add marketing tools.

The following third-party services may set cookies or process data when you use Adchemy:

Supabase

Our authentication and database provider. Sets session cookies to manage your login state. See Supabase Privacy Policy.

Google (Gemini API)

Used for AI image generation. Your prompts and uploaded images are sent to Google for processing. Google does not set cookies on our site but processes data server-side. See Google Privacy Policy.

Vercel

Our hosting provider. May set performance and security cookies. See Vercel Privacy Policy.

Section 06

Managing Your Preferences

You can manage your cookie preferences in the following ways:

  • Cookie banner: When you first visit Adchemy, you can accept all, reject optional, or customise your preferences via the banner.
  • Browser settings: You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
  • Clear localStorage: You can clear your consent preferences by opening DevTools → Application → Local Storage → delete the adchemy-cookie-consent key. The banner will reappear on your next visit.

Important: Rejecting optional cookies does not affect your ability to use Adchemy. Essential cookies (login, security) are always active and cannot be disabled.

Section 07

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.

For broader data rights (access, erasure, portability), please refer to our Privacy Policy or contact us at privacy@adchemy.com.

Section 08

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, particularly as we add new features or third-party integrations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

If we introduce new optional cookies, we will update the consent banner so you can make an informed choice.
