By accessing or using the Adchemy platform ("the Service"), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adchemy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The Service is available only to individuals aged 18 or over who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@adchemy.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

Adchemy operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate ad creatives. Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Service.

We reserve the right to audit credit usage and take action against accounts in violation, including permanent suspension without refund.

You are responsible for all content generated through Adchemy. The platform must only be used to create lawful, ethical advertising content. We actively monitor generated content and reserve the right to take action against violations.

All content, features, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with Adchemy are the exclusive property of Adchemy Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Ad creatives generated by you are yours to use commercially, subject to these Terms. You grant Adchemy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use generated content for operating and promoting the Service.

Adchemy offers the following plans:

All fees are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, submit, or generate. You warrant that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. Maintenance or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adchemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adchemy from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or permanently ban your account immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following:

Upon suspension, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data. No refunds will be issued for suspended or banned accounts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
